Mullins suggests that in order to reach these objectives the groups values and norms have to be accepted and a feeling of mutual trust and dependency has to exist amongst the members. in the long run a free flow of communication within the team will help combining these factors and determine its effectiveness if the committee and objectives are fulfilled or even exceed. (Mullins, 2010, p.321). Since the end of the orbit War II and the subsequent the decline in allot barriers, free flow of goods, services and capital, there is a bigger need for greater international cooperation between organisations (Griffin, 2001, p.587).To operate at the international level, organisations have to integrate a cultural place in managing their work force functioning on a global basis.
