Dear directors,
As you are all cognisant our company recently lost the right to sponsor normal 1 and the World Snooker championship due to semipolitical reasons regarding the health aspects of our products. These are huge sporting events which are televised oecumenical so the advertsing lost due to this has been devastating on the companys sales. someway or some other we are going to have to interject up with specific solutions to how we can boost our sales and formerly again become the number one tobacco manufacturers in the world. I myself have a few solutions that I entrust share with you in this memo. Some of these are positive locomote and some might seem like we are winning a step backwards. I can assure you though all are in the best interests of the company in the long-term.
The first step I believe we should take is to concenter on the countrys that do not have rules on tobacco manufacturers advertising their products in sporting events. This way we will not have a disadvantage on others products that are allowed to herald anywhere in the world.
In my opinion I finger it would also be good for the company if we were to merge with another tobacco company if only for a while.



This way I feel it would stabilise the downfall that our company is currently in as we would gain a bigger percentage of the mart share from the customers that our merging company would have.
Another idea is that we should reduce the supply of our products in the countrys where we have restricitions regarding advertising. This is as not as many people in these countrys will be advised of our products so therefore a large supply is not needed. Due to common sense countrys that do allow us to advertise with no restrictions will have their supply change magnitude according to the level of advertsing carried out in their nation.
