A team that I was once part of was a team belonging in the running(a) environment of a Hardware store. Team macrocosm described as twain or more people working together by the Oxford dictionary. Each employee contributes individual skills in the success of the team as a whole and so each individual is selected to be a member based on these skills and experiences. In selection of each member of the group, the manager formally chose a selected few out of CV applications to be interviewed and so could call for the right person for the job based on skills that were antecedently lacking in the team or skills that had left with a preliminary member. For example the team was in need of a member who had the skills and experiences to deal with accounts and so an employee was selected who had previous sales benefactor experiences, so they could work on the shop floor, as good as the knowledge and skills needed in dealing with accounts, from working with family business accounts for years.




Sometimes teams are formed on the dry land that a certain task could only be performed through with(predicate) the combined efforts of individuals working together which would be the case from my previous experiences. Individuals of the team worked together to create what is known as synergy, which gave a whole combined effect that could not have been realised through individual contributions. To get the best out of everybody and indeed the team as whole, individuals were selected, not by the cleverest of people being brought together but by individuals with different personalities and skills (Managing People, 2011).
