I observe at Hofstra University for my outside observation. My family element is an instructor there and I took her permission to observe in her composition course to ESL graduated. I had an opportunity to observe ii bases. Each root consists of both assimilators. E trulyone has a unique task. The engagement is that individually group has to write a scenario and post correspond activity. The assignment is about job interview. Each group has to look at interviewer and interviewee. The interviewer has to ask five questions to the interviewee. The assignment is going to be two days; one day for writing and the opposite for role playing the scenario. I decided to observe two groups. In my own perspective, the group productivity of two groups is different from each other. Each student invests differently in the activities of the group. Some mesh their involvement seriously, while others are more focused on their own needs than the attainment of common objectives.
The first group was a student from Turkey and the other from South Arabia. The student from South Arabia, she was shy and shes not easily to persuade her thoughts freely like her partner. Therefore, they both prefer that she should be the interviewee; slight pressure.
In my opinion, they were responsible enough to help each other to figure out their weakness and their strength and to come up with a plan to bring out the best group productivity as they can. From my observation, I can tell that the Turkish students weakness is her shyness. However, she was very near(a) at writing the scenario and coming up with questions. The South Arabia student was very good at presenting but not so good with coming up with thoughts and questions.
