Organization change in the health care manufacturing is very slow. In a world of rapid technology development, business have tend in that directions to implement organizational changes. wellness care industry encounters many challenges, especially in the effectuation of electronic checkup saucers. To adopt a newfound procedure and new system, managers moldiness develop comprehensive education programs to assist staff with the new unconscious process system. The challenges encountered by the performance of the electronic medical record are economic, staff resistant to change, data security, data access, and meekness with governmental regulations (Brooks, Grotz, 2010).
The strategic plan should line up separately item of the implementation plan. Clear, specific objectives help the successful operation of electronic medical records implementation. The plan specifies who is accountable for the comprehensive implementation plan and accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the plan.
