When you retire to the jury room, you entrust be asked two questions. First, did the negligence of either R.C. Brahman or Mahal Amrit proximately gravel the occurrence in question? To win, the plantiff must prove two things 1) that Mrs. Amrit was oblivious and 2) that such negligence proximately caused damage to the bull. In the simplest terms, that fashion proving it is more likely than not that Mrs. Amrit was both oblivious and damaged the bull
